Hi,
I use sqlce30.wce5.armv4i.CAB and sqlce30.dev.FR.wce5.armv4i.CAB on WCE 5
devices.
You should install NETCFv2.wce5.armv4i.cab FIRST if CF2 is not included on
iPAQ.

You might also like to try SQLCE Database Viewer.
This gives you the same kind of functionality as Query Analyzer - you
can view & edit your device's SQLCE 2.0 and SQL Server Mobile .sdf files,
directly on your Desktop.
(It's a lifesaver if you have a load of sample data to enter !!)
It runs on PocketPC/Windows Mobile, Smartphone & Windows CE
.Net devices. Enjoy !
