Internal error on RDA Pull

I received the following error during an RDA Pull operation: Internal
error: Either the computer running IIS is out of memory or an
incorrect session ID was sent in a request. [ Session id = 4 ]

The error seems to be random and fairly infrequent, so I'm not sure
what's causing it. The server running IIS shows no issues, and simply
repeating the pull usually works.

Any help is appreciated...thanks

How often is IIS configured to recycle worker process - if frequent, this
will cause session to be lost.
