Is there a problem with the SQL Compact 3.5 download?

Every time I try and download the 1.7MB SQL Server Compact 3.5 For Windows
Desktop from the MS download site it gets to about 1.2MB and just hangs.
Could somebody at MS please check the file?

I don't see any problem downloading, must be local for your network...

Hmm, strange. I have tried this from two separate locations on different
networks on multiple occasions and it always fails at 77%. However, I have
now found the same setup file on the VS2008 CD so I'm OK in that regard.
