sql server CE and LINQ to sql

Hello,

  Can I use SQL server CE 3.5 as the data source for LINQ to SQL?

I am getting the error that the data source is not compatible!

yes. you can use as long as the target framework is .NET Framework v3.5 and
above.  LINQ to SQL is not supported on .NET Compact Framework.
