I want to know the password of one user... how can I know... I have a admin
rights... I don't wanna change the password ... I only wanna know.....

Hi,
Passwords are encrypted and you cant view the clear text. Administrators can
just reset the password.

You can't unless you try to hack your own server (Microsoft will not give
you their encryption algorithms so don't bother asking).
This is by design and it's a good decision for security and accountability.
