SQL2k on Win2k3

Environment:
HP Servers and SAN
Win2k3 EE (no SP1 but all WinUpdate patches)
SQL2k EE w/SP3a

I'm a newbie to this and some questions that I have are:

SQL DB application will use DTC.  Does DTC have to have it's own IP address,
network name and disk resource?  Is disk resource considered another logical
drive on the SAN (LUN)?
When setting up the Quorum, how much disk space is normally needed?  I
assume this will also be another LUN on the SAN?

Any other words of wisdom for a newbie?

Thanks!!!!
