Is it possible to create Fail-over Cluster with 64-bit (Itanium2) and 32-bit (Intel Xeon) nodes?

Sorry, no. A clusters need to be all the same type of machines.

Is it possible to retore Trnsaction log from 32-bit SQL Server, on 64-bit SQL Server?
I mean using Log Shipping between 32 and 64 -bit servers.

Yes, you can log ship between editions/platforms.  All SQL 2000 platform
editions are on-disk binary compatible.
