Is it possible to retore Trnsaction log from 32-bit SQL Server, on 64-bit SQL Server?
I mean using Log Shipping between 32 and 64 -bit servers.

Yes, you can log ship between editions/platforms. All SQL 2000 platform
editions are on-disk binary compatible.
