We have a 3 node active cluster with SQL.  FOr a short time (5-10mins) we get
alerted via NetIQ of these events:

->Failed to retrieve resource owner of MS DTC/MSCS_ResourceOwnerChange
->Failed to retrieve resource owner of MS DTC/The cluster resource could not
be found

This has happened once last week and once today.  The NT Evnt logs look ok,
and I couldn't find anything much in the cluster.log

Appreciate feedback

You might to ask NetIQ, we see all kinds of weirdness from them :)

Cheers,

Rod
