Just recently we setup an Active/Passive SQL Cluster running on Windows 2003
Enterprise Edition. We are currently receiving these messages on our servers
but our DB seems to continue working correctly. Can anyone tell me what this
error means?

Event Type: Error
Event Source: WinMgmt
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10
Date:  6/20/2006
Time:  8:11:39 AM
User:  N/A
Computer: NODE2
Description:
Event filter with query "select * from __InstanceModificationEvent within 10
where TargetInstance isa 'Win32_Service'" could not be (re)activated in
namespace "//./root/Microsoft/SqlServer/ComputerManagement" because of error
0x80041010. Events may not be delivered through this filter until the
problem is corrected.

Someone suggested to add the instance name to the dot place (//./root)
because the default is for the local machine.

I believe this error is not related to SQL server itself. It is WMI issues
and if you stop the Windows Management Instrument service, this error might
go away.
This is my assumption. Do not worry this error is related to WMI.
