I'm running Windows 2000 Advanced Server (2 node cluster) with SQL 2000 Sp3.  I get the following errors, with keep writing to my Application Event Log.

 1.. MS SQL SNMP Extension Agent reconnecting.
 2.. The data portion of event 19000 from MSSQLSERVER is invalid.
 3.. ODBC error encountered, State = 01000, native error = 2, error message = [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]ConnectionOpen (Connect())..

Please point me to the right direction on how to either stop this from writing to the Application Event Log or how to identify what may be the cause.

I do appreciate your help!!!

Thanks,
