Hi,

I have the problem with bringing the SQL Server 2005(SP1) cluster server
online. Because the shared drive failed, after SA fixed drive, my database
including master, model, msdb, temp, etc. data & log files all gone. And also
my backup files since I only have one shared disk per SQL. So how can I do,
remove SQL from Add/Remove Programs and re-install SQL or remove SQL from
command prompt?

Any input will be much appreciates!

If the system databases are all gone, and there is no backup to recover from,
I'd reinstall the SQL instance. You can try to remove the instance from
Add/Remove Programs. I don't how it would behave without these system
databases. If that doesn't work, you have the option of removing the instance
manually (July BOL Update at
