Hello to all,

I am observing the following error in NODE A event log:

-----------
17050 :
initerrlog: Could not open error log file 'R:\MSSQL$PROD01\log\ERRORLOG'.
Operating system error = 3(The system cannot find the path specified.).
----------

Node B running and owns SQL Server and Storage resources.

It appears as if SQL Server is trying to start on Node A, even though it is
servicing requests on Node B, that's my thought.

It is true that the R: partion is not available to Node A, Node B has
ownership of storage.

Any thoughts would be appreciated....

Thanks Covi,

Hi Covi,

Could you send me the entire event log entry?

Sporter
