Hi,
I am trying to apply the new security update for sql server 2005. I have a
2-node active/passive cluster. How do I go about it? Should I take the
cluster down and apply it one node at a time to both nodes?
Thanks in advance,

Never mind. I just read Geoff Hiten's response to another post. The update is
cluster aware. I just need to run it on the active node.
Thank you, Geoff!

We have installed that July 2008 update for SP2 on standalone SQL 2005 ok,
and a couple of SQL2000 servers , (version for SQL2000), but on a cluster we
have had a problem after install with SQL agent not restarting, there is a
fix posted, but we cannot use method 1 for to have a delegate account, nor
does it help to change the service account (method 2) . The SQL service
starts on the active/active cluster, but not the SQL agent on either node.
