Hello,

I have a SQL 2005 Active/passive EE cluster.  I am trying to install a
second instance and it doesnt see my disk probably due to the fact there are
in the same group as the default instance.  So do I need to create another
Cluster group and add the disk in that, with a new virtual name and VIP?
Also do I need another quorom?  TIA

You only need one Quorum disk per cluster.  You do need to create a second
resource group and move at least one disk into it.  You cannnot have any SQL
data or log files from your first instance on that disk.
