what port does AS listen on ?

Does it also listen on 1433 like SQL Server ?

Id like to do some port mapping and if I cant figure it out, then how do I
map ? I was hoping there would be one like 1433 for SQL Server

Sorry. The port numbers in AS2K cannot be changed.

There is new functionality coming with AS2K5 around multi-instancing and
active-active cluster support that allows you to change the port numbers
that AS uses.

BTW:
2725 = SQL 7 OLAP Services port #
2393 and 2394 = SQL 2000 Analysis Services port #s
The other ports are for authentication.

36818 must be for an outbound connection (and connection polling is leaving
it open) after processing or something like that. I've never seen that nor
the 4500 port below.
