No, it was disabled as it was considered to be a security risk and there is
no known way of disabling this. As a work around you could use an ActiveX
control to push/pull it and schedule it through task scheduler.

create your own using the ActiveX control. WSM seems highly similar to the
activeX control and I suspect it uses it under the covers.
