We have a few replicated accounts, all have been using SQL 2000.  One
of the clients the other day decided to upgrade their SQL server
without telling us, hence our replication stopped.  I tried to get a
client connection to their server but was unsuccessful.  Is there a
client tool or something else I can install on my Windows 2000 Server
with SQL 2000 running on it to get the replication back up and running?

Thanks for responses.

What error message are you getting? Can you enable logging? If you can give
us the error message we should be able to solve the problem without
installing extra software.

The clients server is one of my registered server under client
connections and was working fine before they switched to SQL 2005.
When I go into SQL 2000 Enterprise Manager and select the server I
receive a warning dialog box stating the following:

"A connection could not be established to clientsql\clientsql"

"Reason: To connect to this server you must use SQL Server Management
Studio or SQL Server Management Objects (SMO).."

"Please verify SQL Server is running and check your SQL Server ......"

Thanks
