I have 3 SQL server 2000 involved in Replication which will need to be
upgraded to SQL 2005

Can I upgrade the 3 servers without interruption of replications meaning I
would not need to  reinitialize my subscription.
Thanks,
Omran

Yes you can. Please refer to the documentation about upgrading replicated
servers
