Stop Recreate Store Procedure

How i can stop the replication to run thru the transactional update, insert,
delete without recreate the other new store procedure?

I am confused about what you are trying to do. To stop replication you can
disable the distribution agent.

Exactly what do you mean by "without recreate the other new store
procedure?"
