Problem with colors in charts

Hi,

  We have deployed our reports on a production server (Web farm + SP2).
  On this plateform colors of charts are totally different that in dev and
test env.
  Also we have configured our pie charts to have labels "outside". On dev
and test this work fine but on the production env labels are "inside".

 I supsect that SP2 is not correctly installed on the prod env.
 How could I check this on the two nodes of the web farm and on the
database server.
 Is their a step by step procedure on how to install RS SP2 on a web farm?

The SP2 readme contains a section that is specifically about installing SP2
on web farms:
