Hi gurus,
I'm using RS2005, and have this problem:
I have one main report, it looks like this; [] are subreports:
[title]
[analysis 1]
.
.
.
[analysis 100]
[end title]
now, in "analysys xx" I have 1 table. On parameter ID I show only
those reports I need to.
When I export whole report to PDF I get _sometimes_ strange results,
and it looks like this:
page1:
title of report
empty space
empty space
empty space
page2:
start of table
page3:
end of table
end title
it should look like this:
page1:
title of report
start of table
page2:
end of table
end title
I checked table in subreports and I dont have checked any of those 3
checkboxes (create table on new page when...). This is doing, only
with tables, which are bigger, lets say 1.5 page. When I have small
table, which fit on page1, everything is OK.
I can send example reports.
Anyone ?

The subreports are causing your main report to add the extra pages. I
have fought this battle before as well...basically, you'll need to
resize your subreports to fit within the page width of the main report;
if they do not - you'll see extra blank pages as each subreport gets
pushed to the right and down.
You can also try using rectangle controls on the main report to contain
the subreports.

no, I dont think thi sis issue, my all repors are 15.5 cm, and I know
this issue. It is not about extra page (never occured), but bad paging
as I wroute in my first post.
It is pitty, I'm only one who has this problem.
