Thread pool pressure AND IsClientConnected; found orphaned request

All,

In the RS log I'm getting:

w3wp!runningjobs!1804!1/12/2005-10:52:55:: w WARN: Thread pool
pressure: turning off threads

w3wp!runningjobs!1dc4!1/12/2005-10:53:25:: i INFO:
RunningJobContext.IsClientConnected; found orphaned request

Reports are rendered in html, csv and xml just fine, but reporting
services hangs when trying to render a pdf or an excel.

This is the first occurrence and the only solution I've seen is to
reboot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since we are launching to
production in a couple weeks.

Are you on SP1? There were improvements for PDF.

yes. we are using reporting services standard edition with sp1

I have the same behavior in my installation (I also have SP1)

I've got time out in my reports at about once a day with the same error in my
report server logs.

My workaround is to reset the reportserver apppool, and then works. I'd like
to know if there is any way to solve it definitely.

Is it recommended to install SP2? Is there any important improvement on it?
