Remus stated in some web-form that error can only occur when dialoging with
the optional service broker ID as part of the handle. I have to assume that
this is true, however, I'm getting this when I don't expect it and I don't
understand why.

My problem boils down to this: I have to different databases running on the
same instance. SP1 is applied and encryption is off. I can round trip one
message and its it response back just fine. Its when I send a second message
that I get this message in the outbound transmission queue.

Because of the amount of code involved, I bother posting the code inline.
