Hi,
My tests indicate that once i turn broker_enabled property off, backup the
database, restore, then set the broker_enabled property on, backup the
database, restore, it still remains turned off. Is this the expected behavior
or that i am lost here.

Sincerely,
Sajal.

Restore uses the broker_enabled property to prevent chaos if two different
copies of the same messages are created by restoring the database to a
second location.  If you are really restoring the original database, you
should specify the ENABLE_BROKER option in the RESTORE command so that the
broker will be enables as soon as the database recovery is complete.
