I am having a problem getting SharePoint Service to acknowlwdge that Full
Text Search is enabled. I upgraded the SharePoint MSDE database as documented
without any problems, but when I go into SharePoint Admin section is says
"The database this server is using does not support search." According to
the SQL documentation: In Microsoft SQL Server 2005, all databases are full-text
enabled by default.

Server Environment:
Windows Server 2003
SharePoint Services sp2
SQL 2005 Enterprise with full text search

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff

What happens if you set the SharePoint databases in SQL 2000 mode?
