I get the following error:
Msg 7619, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Execution of a full-text operation failed. A clause of the query contained
only ignored words.

When I do the following:
select * FROM SomeTable
where CONTAINS(FullTextSearchEnabledField, 'P.A.s')

Can someone tell me why I get this error?

locate your noise word lists and replace them with a single file. For SQL
2000 you can find them in

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\FTDATA\SQLServer\Config

or

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\MSSQL$InstanceName\FTDATA\SQLServer$InstanceName\Config and they look
like noise.eng (UK english) or noise.enu (US English).

For SQL 2005 you can find them in

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\FTData and they look
like
noiseenu.txt and noiseeng.txt.
