SQL Server fulltext resource failing

SQL Server fulltext resource is deleted from SQL cluster resource. When I add
resource from clusadmin tool the resource is not coming online its failing
any idea why this is not coming online?

its on SQL2000 and windows2000

The error from event log..

An error occurred during the delete operation for instance
<SQLServerFulltext>: 80070002 - The system cannot find the file specified.
