Help!  Any suggestions are most welcome.

I am trying to configure fulltext indexing to index MS Office files on SQL
Server.  I am using an Access 2007 form with a SQL Server 2005 back end.  The
SQL table is configured with a content field varbinary(max) and an extension
field varchar(10)
I've created the full text index on the content field using the extension
option.  It works great for text files inserted from access but not with
office files (not office 2007 or office xp).  I get the following error
message.

the version of offfilt.dll is 2006.0.5730.0..

thanks much.

Are you sure the extension in the type column corresponds to the contents of
the indexed column?
See if this example helps:
