hello !

I have a free text catalog in sql server 2005 indexing a table with
several millions of rows.
The full rebuilt will take more than 50 hours.
The database is used 9:00 to 18:00.

I would like to rebuild catalog only during the night when there is no
use on database.

Is it possible to partialy rebuild the catalog ?

I am unaware of any way to do this during a full rebuild. Once the
catalog is built you can use change tracking with update index manual.
