Access Linked Server

I was running SqlServer 2000, on windows 2k server with several Access linked
servers all running fine. I upgraded my server to 2003 Enterprise, and
applied sp4 to SqlServer and now cannot get the linked servers to work. Error
7399 Authentication Failed.
Please help

I'm all set - had to re-set the systemDB key in the registry
