If I DTS master.syslogins and sysusers table,the users' passwords
transferred as well?

Mecn,

you better use the Transfer Logins Task in DTS. This will transfer the
logins incl. passwords.

DTS Package will not transfer login's original  SID.   Search on internet
for 'sp_help_revlogin' stored procedure
