Slight correction. Don't "deny" permissions. Everyone is a member of public
and deny's override grants, so no one would have access. Just don't grant
any permissions to Public.

Users - not logins - belong to database roles. Everyone belongs to the
public role and this cannot be changed. By default, the public role has no
permissions granted to it. This should not cause a problem.

Logins.

Has Microsoft given any recommendations about this behaviour??
