Guys,
The company bought 10 client RTM license in 2000 and recently I've upgraded
installation to SP3a (I'm new here). There are several databases in that
environment and number of connections are growing. When I issue select
convert(char30),serverproperty('LicenseType')) it shows the result as a
"Disable" value...
Is there any risk in the future to use this SQL Server installation and how
to upgrade
this license to per CPU ?
                        Thank you, Mike.

Hi

This might be http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291332
although it was supposed to be corrected in SP2. Check
http://www.aspfaq.com/show.asp?id=2160
