Hello Robert,

It is weried that SQL install conficts with outlook. My suggestion is
trying to repair Office to isolate the issue.

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

3. Click the icon for the Office XP/2003 program, click Change.

4. In the Microsoft Office XP/2003 Maintenance Mode dialog box, click
Repair Office.

5. In the Reinstall/Repair Microsoft Office XP/2003 dialog box, click
Reinstall Office, and then click Finish.

6. Restart the computer to test the situation.

Also, you may want to log on as a new domain user to see if the issue is
related to user profile.

Thanks & Regards,

Peter Yang
