the downgrade option (!).
They explain a complicated reason for this that I don't remember...
Would the SQL Server 2000 Personal Edition do the job?

I really don't recall if the PE included DTS. You should check that out.

I suspect that there are vendors still having retail SQL Server 2000
products. You might check with 'legitimate' sources, such as
