How do I add a config file to a SSIS Package?
How do I change source and destination server when I move a package from a
development environment to a destination environment?

I assume that you run the package from a job?  There is a tab on the
job step properties which says which config file to use.

If you are running it some other way add the /ConfigFile (or /CONF)
switch and give it the path to the config file.

Arne:

I wrote a blog concerning SSIS Configurations that you may find helpful:

I can vouch for this guy's approach.  I may have close to 20 packages that
pull from many data sources with a Master_Run all package.   Using this guys
way takes seconds to bounce between running it on local dev to agency dev or
QA or PROD - it's the bomb!
