Hello all,

Over the last week or so we have begun receiving this error in the event
viewer and until the system is rebooted and then the sql server service
restarted (HAS to be done after a reboot) our CRM system and any other sql
related services are unanavailable.

I have verified that NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM is a valid user and has SA access
to ALL the databases we have.

I have searched everywhere and the standard response is to make sure its a
valid user.  In my case its already there so im unsure of where to go next.

We are running sql server 2000 standard with all the latest patches on win2k
as up to date as that can be as well.

Thanks in advance.

Andy,

We started to see this on a W2K3 SP2 cluster after the upgrade to SP2
because the failover doesn't seem to happen fast enough.
