The connection to our SQL servers is determined by a logical name, which
points to a physical server. For example, the physical server name is
SERVER1, but when we connect, we connect to a server called ProdServer, which
points to SERVER1.
When I connect to ProdServer via T-SQL or SSIS, when I issue the SELECT
@@SERVERNAME command, the value returned is the name of the physical server.
Is there a way via T-SQL to obtain the name of the logical server?

No. The SQL Server doesn't know what name you used to connect to it.
It only knows what it's physical name is.
