Print contents of table in Management Studio ???

How do I print contents of table (the data) in Management Studio, I dont see
any option and Help was no help.

If you select the table data via a query you can right click in the Results
tab and select Print.

Are you using a query window, or open table?  With a query window, you can
print from the results pane, or better yet, save the results as .csv and
open in Excel.  Then you can format it and actually make it pretty, too.
