Access 2003 to SQL question

I have a database in Access 2003 that pulls information form a PC and
converts it to usable data for our custom program.  I have tried to import
the database into SQL 2000 using the "upsizing wizard" in Access 2003.  When
I import the database I get an error saying error 156: incorrect syntax near
the keyword 'full'.  The other issue is the access program was written so it
cannot be closed.  There is a window that stays open in access that is the
"scheduled task" to pull the information.  I have 3 questions:

1) how do I get passed the error to be able to import it into SQL?
2) how do I keep the database "open" so it can keep pulling the information
from the PC on our network?
3) if 1 and 2 can't be done, can I run SQL and Access on the same PC?

Thanks in advance for the help,

James B.

If the database already exists you can start Enterprise Manager, drill down
to the database, right-click, All Tasks|Import Data to start the DTS
import/export wizard. You can also use the Access Upsize wizard. It does
work though it seems a little buggy to me.
