I'm trying to use SQL Express 2005 to develop an application on my
Pocket PC, but I think that I must install a client on the pocket PC,
where Can I find it? and how can I setup the connection in VS 2005?

The last post I made was met by resistance my the MS moderator, and then I
was ignored.
I've been getting a Native Exception on CE Synchronization that CANNOT BE
CAUGHT BY .NET. It's a Native Error. I've got a solid way to reproduce the

I'm trying to build a SQL Mobile application and creation of the .sdf file
is becoming a challenge. The Microsoft documentation shows creation of the
database file in SMSS. The picture shows an option for a database file of
type "SQL Server Mobile."

I am developing an application for Windows Mobile in VS2005. I need to use a
database so I have implemented functions using OLEDB.
My application is written in native C++ with MFC.
The application works fine but it consumes memory.

It's been a week since I get the same error while trying to import data
using a SqlCeRemoteDataAccess object and executing Pull method.

database. This worked just fine in SQL Server 2005 Express without any

I've upgraded a PPC app to VS2005 environment for dev purposes but still
pointing to SQLServer CE 2 for RDA Pull etc. - Never could get v3 to work.
Well the app works great in debug mode running on my Symbol PPT8800
connected via ActiveSync.
