Cluster active-active. The installation in one server was lost and the S.O. was reinstalled. Now in one node there are two instances. How can I reinstall de second node and move the instance to it ?

Can one deploy a 2 node cluster with an instance on each node and the failover node be the other? Like node A & node B, A's instance fails to B and B's instance fails to A?
