Hi all -
i am fairly new to clustering and here is what i am trying to accomplish:
- 2 DL380 g4 with 5 drives each.
 - 2x Raid 1 for sys files

I'm having trouble connecting to a named instance on a SQL 2000 EE cluster
(Windows 2003). I have no problems connecting to the first virtual server by
name or IP address, but I can only connect to the named instance by using
the IP address and specifying a port (192.168.0.1, ...

I've installed Windows Server 2003 EE SP1 Cluster successfully with two nodes
and now I'm trying to install MS SQL server 2000 Cluster on it..
as part of the preparation is to add new resource for MSDTC before install
SQL server 2000 then upgrade to sql server 2000 sp3a..
