Could someone point me to some documentation on the best way to remove a
node from a SQL cluster.
It's a two node, two instance cluster, and I plan to rebuild one node, fail
to the rebuilt one, then rebuild the remaining node.

I have a sql 2000 cluster act/pas - i want to attach a dlt to backup the
databases.  Is there any docmentation for this?  which server do i attach it
to etc?

All of the sudden our server was totally sown.  The communication to it was
down
down.  The errors from the SQL Serve Log were:

Ever since installing W2K3 SP1 on our SQL 2000 cluster out performance has
detiorated dramatically.  We're seeing execution times 100 to 200% longer
(slower) and huge increase in the amount of blocking and overall locks.

We are looking at setting up the following cluster:
3 Active nodes:
Each server needs to be completely distinct with its own unique

Try to install Sql 2005 in 2 node cluster, however, it does not show up share
drive, only comes up Q drive, anyone knows how to install it? or any ideas?

I have two sql servers. One raid rack in the middle for them both.
I installe two cluster groups, with two sql installation.
Now I can put a db on one server and it can fail over to the other one and
the other way around. Fine.
