When I try to connect to (local) server (in Query Analyzer for example) on an
virtual sql server, the application tries to connect to the active node
instead, resulting in an error message (SQL Server does not exist or access
denied).

I have a difficult situation with a clustered server. It consists of two

I have this problem, when I try from the setup wizard of sql 2000 to add the
new node-c the node is listed unavailable. I add the node-c to the cluster
group and function without problem with node-a and node-b, the sql 2000 in
