We have a 2 node active/passive SQL 2005 cluster and were wondering if
anyone knows if there is a solution which would allow someone to be notified

Removing a Team27 Jan 2006 13:38 GMT4
If I have a teamed adapter in a cluster, shouldn't I be able to remove that
node from the cluster, break the team and re-add the node?  It seems to fail
whenever I try to add the node back, with the team broken.

Restart SQL Server Agent automatically if it stops26 Jan 2006 03:10 GMT4
I had an earlier post about the SQL Server Agent on a SQL cluster
stopping every now and then.
I noticed that there is an option under SSA properties to "Restart
Agent if it stops", but it's greyed out.
RAID and Cluster!!26 Jan 2006 03:07 GMT4
Hi All, Want to seek advice and experience from all of you. What is the

I recently rebuilt my cluster (Server 2003 + SP)and installed SQL

Strange Behavior for 2005 Install26 Jan 2006 02:08 GMT1
I get strange behavior when I install 2005 into a cluster.  I have 2 disk
resources (on a SAN) that I have added to a SQL group.  When I install 2005,
I don't ever specify to use the log disk, I only tell it to put the data on
the data disk.  The strange part is, after it ...

I've set up a few two node active/passive SQL 2000 clusters in the past but
now a client is asking for a two node SQL 2005 active/passive cluster.  I'm
assuming this is still possible in 2005 but just can't seem to find any good
resources related to SQL 2005 clustering.  Can ...
