Is there an easy way to rename the Cluster Server Name ? What about renaming the underlying physical nodes as well ? Can this easily be done or does this call for an entire Cluster rebuild ? Using SQL 2K and Windows 2003

On one of our active nodes we cannot start the configuration manager but we can start management studio. We get the error message "Connection to target machine cannot be made in a timely fashion". Any ideas on what causes this and how to fix?
