From some offical documentation about sql server failover clustering i've understand that sql service manager do checkes of IsAlive on each node. On which mechine it exist on. And do i install virtual server on the nodes and not sql server?

I've got offical microsoft document about installing and using sql failover clustering. In the offical document i've seen that i need to install MS-DTC on the main node. and the other nodes will recive it automaticly when they will need it.

We have a 2 node, active-active, 2 instance, 64 bit SQL 2005 Enterprise Cluster. When you open the SQL Configuration Manager on either server, you will find entries for both the 32 bit SQL Native Client, as well as the standard one (64 bit)
