I have a SQL 2005 cluster as the backend of my OCS 2007 environment. It is a
shared server. I recently found information that the OCS DB should be on its
own SQL server, or at least its own instance with dedicated spindles for the
data and log files.

MSDTC Config26 Feb 2008 15:23 GMT4
so although I have read a few things in both directions, it seems I need the
MSDTC for a SQL cluster. When I create it I have to assign dependencies to a
drive and name.
By default, when a cluster is built there is "group 0" which is my share

I am running sql 2005 sp2 64 bit on a windows server 2003 64 bit cluster.
This has been working in an active/active configuration. I had a problem
though where one of the instances wouldnt startup. I resolved this by
setting the port in the registry and then running the cluster ...

SQL 2k5 on Win 2k3, all fully patched. CLustering is enabled and working, but
when I attempt to log on to the CSA app, I cannot change to the virtual

Maybe a really easy question this one, but is there an easy way to
find out which domain groups the services have been setup under in an
existing clustering installation.
I have been looking around for a while now to see if this is possible.
