I have a two node cluster (a/a) with two SQL Server instances.
Now, I have to plan to install SSIS, but not as cluster resource.
Each node have a local disk. Each SQL Server resource group have two
disk (one for the data and the other one for the transaction log) on a SAN.

I tried to install SQL 2005 Cluster (Active/Passive) on a Windows Server 2008
Datacenter but the cluster feature is grayed out.
I there a patch for this?

We currently have a 2-node SQL 2005 cluster.  We need to break the cluster
and turn it into a standalone server without losing the existing instances
or databases
We want to completely get rid of the clustering, not just run a single-node

I have a strange error with SQL2005 x64 on a HP DL580g5 x64 (Win23k R2 + Sp2).
I've installed SQL2005 DB and cluster it no problem at all.
